Acceptance of these terms
This website is operated by Phoenix Accounting Services Ltd., Chartered Professional Accountant, operating as Finexa CPA Advisory ("Finexa," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using this website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the website.
General information only
The website provides general information and is not accounting, assurance, tax, legal, investment, financial, valuation, cybersecurity, or other professional advice.
Information may not apply to your facts, jurisdiction, reporting period, entity, ownership structure, transactions, deadlines, or professional obligations. Laws, administrative positions, accounting standards, technology, and business circumstances change. Do not act or refrain from acting based only on website content.
Specific professional advice requires a review of complete and current facts under an agreed engagement. You should consult qualified advisors before making a decision.
No client relationship
Viewing the website, using the Finance Health Check, sending an email, leaving a voicemail, scheduling a consultation, or receiving a preliminary response does not create a client, fiduciary, accountant-client, or other professional relationship.
A professional relationship begins only when Finexa and the client have agreed to the scope and terms of an engagement in writing and any required acceptance procedures have been completed. Until then, do not send confidential, privileged, time-sensitive, or highly sensitive information unless Finexa specifically requests it through an appropriate method.
Interactive assessments
The Finance Health Check and article assessment tools are general educational tools. Their questions, scores, priorities, checklists, and recommended services are simplified and are not a diagnosis, audit, assurance conclusion, tax opinion, risk assessment, or professional recommendation. Results should be used only as prompts for further review.
Accuracy and availability
We aim to provide useful and accurate information but do not promise that website content is complete, current, error-free, suitable for a particular purpose, or continuously available. We may change, remove, or update content without notice.
Examples, figures, scenarios, thresholds, timelines, and checklists are illustrative unless expressly stated otherwise. External sources should be checked directly for current requirements.

The website may link to Microsoft Bookings, LinkedIn, government resources, software providers, publications, and other third-party websites. Links are provided for convenience and do not mean Finexa controls, guarantees, endorses, or accepts responsibility for third-party content, availability, security, privacy, or services.
Your use of a third-party website or service is governed by that provider's terms and policies.
Intellectual property
Unless otherwise identified, website design, branding, text, original graphics, tools, and other content are owned by or licensed to Finexa and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You may view, print, or save a reasonable portion of the website for your own internal, non-commercial reference. You may not reproduce, republish, sell, scrape at scale, modify, distribute, remove ownership notices from, or create a competing commercial product from website content without prior written permission.

Limitation of responsibility
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Finexa and its directors, officers, employees, contractors, and service providers will not be responsible for loss or damage arising from reliance on general website information, inability to access the website, third-party services, malicious activity beyond reasonable control, or use inconsistent with these terms.
Nothing in these terms excludes responsibility that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
